Refund policy

When Refund will be issued:

  • Refunds are only available for damaged items and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item/s.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it in, therefore, unworn or unused.Ā 

How to request a refund:

  • To request a refund, pleaseĀ email us at solsolaceau@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Description of damage.
    • Pictures for proof of damage.
    • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Sol Solace will assess if the item/s in question meet the criteria of a damaged item.
  • Once approved, you will be notified. Customers are responsible for return shipping payments. The item/s must be returned in the same condition that they were received. Therefore, unworn or unused.Ā 
  • Once you have shipped the item/s for return, please notify Sol Solace of the tracking number and you will be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for this process.

When Refunds will not be issued:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom orders
  • Sale itemsĀ 
  • Defects disclosed to customer prior to purchase
  • Item has been used prior to refund
  • Incorrect address given and order has already been shipped.
